Fat Dissolving Injections — Aqualyx

Aqualyx is a non-surgical solution to minimise and remove stubborn localised pockets of fat that you struggle to reduce with diet and focused exercise. The solution consists of phosphatidylcholine — a natural substance which, when given in higher doses, can cause the destruction of fat cells.

Small, quick injections are administered into the area of concern over approximately 20–30 minutes per area, using topical numbing cream and local anaesthetic for minimal discomfort.

Destroying the fat cells is a long-term solution provided you retain a stable weight, eat healthily, and continue exercise as usual. Aqualyx leads to a permanent reduction of fatty tissue — once removed, fat cells will not reappear, however new fat cells can develop following significant weight gain.

The Skinny Pen

Injected into your stomach once a week by you for a 4-week period. In the comfort of your own home, the pen-like device significantly suppresses the hormone responsible for your appetite, reducing your appetite and resulting in fewer calories consumed and highly probable weight loss.

You will be assessed at your appointment to see if you are suitable and to go through the treatment in detail. A prescription will then be issued and the Skinny Pen will be sent in the post a few days later to your home address.

This is only suitable for those with a BMI over 27. If you are not suitable or decide not to go ahead, you will be charged £25 for the appointment. There are various brands available — your clinician will discuss which option is best for you. The fee is fixed at £399. Klarna is available.
